Please can people stop ruining perfectly good food like chocolate, syrup, apples and waffles by putting pb on them!!!!
-
Can't get the sample packs in the uk, but have found one online store that does them singly as well asin packs. Looks like I'll have to order one of everything (not the pb ones of course though lol)
-
Their flavours sound yummy! Any recommendations of which to try first lol?

Don't mind almonds, but I do eat walnuts and Brazil's. The fat content makes me keep the portions down though. Yes, I know they're good fats before anyone starts, but they're very calorie dense too
-
Thanks, few new ideas here, tending to go down the cold chicken, turkey, beef route at the moment so it will be nice to mix it up a bit. Been looking at protein bars too. Tried one today for the first time and was surprised how full it got me.
-
Hope not. Check my diary, I have a brandy in low cal hot chocolate most nights. Hasn't stopped me losing yet!
-
Eggs, yes, cheese sticks, yes, Greek yoghurt also yes lol. Not tried almond butter. What do you do with it? Just use it like normal butter? Hummus , afraid that's another no lol
-
Like the paleo diet then?
-
Sorry if I'm being thick, but what's WAPF?

Try silk sock liners. They're ideal to wick moisture away when your feet get hot, so they stay dry. I normally wear them as a base layer when skiing, and they seem to stop blisters too as they fit close like tights

I put chopped up turkey rashers in my omelette the other day. It was really yummy and gave an extra protein hit too
-
Me too, 1200 cals. Been on here since jan and loving it. Feel free to add me
-
Don't have a link, they spoke about it on the news this morning and Chris evens on the breakfast show was on about it too
-
Have a feeling that the summary will be something along the lines of As part of a well balanced diet, the sugar content of foods is irrelevant if consumed in appropriate amounts
-
Hi, feel free to add me, sounds like you got the same sort of life as me!
-
It hasn't. Was non existent when I started, and still is lol. But it has only been since jan, so fingers crossed!
-
I have a low cal hot chocolate with a shot of brandy in it most evenings. The hot choc fixes and sweet craving and the brandy sends me to sleep so I can't eat any more lol 105 cals too. I like!
-
Hi, and hope you like MFP as much as I do. I've got about the same to lose as you, feel free to add me:smile:
-
And me!
-
Hi, it's great isn't it. It's become more addictive than Facebook for me!
-
I have a size 10 (uk) dress hanging in my wardrobe that's my target. There's no stretch in it so it will need to fit properly! Got down from a 16 to a 12 so hopefully I'll make it!
-
Hi, I stick to 1200 a day and definitely eat. Feels like I don't stop some days lol. Feel free to add me

I work away all week and do one shop on a Sunday and then try to get to a supermarket on Wednesday as any veg I haven't eaten by then has gone off. Sorry! But that's being healthy for you, takes a lot more planning ahead!

I cam off all hormonal birth control at the same time as starting on here. I'd been on a variety of contraception for about 17 years so figured my body wouldn't mind a rest from it all. I've lost 23lbs since mid jan. I have a feeling this may be partly due to ending my prescriptions.
-
Hope there isn't as I seem to be in the same boat as you! Lost 23lbs since mid jan. some exercise outside work, but mainly sticking to my limits on here. I figure it's due to such as drastic change in diet from before (I lived on fast food and ready meals) and its my body's way of saying thanks lol. Just hope it keeps up!
-
Don't see why not, you're doing well so far. Keep it up and good luck!

As a (very) sweet but absolutely lush drink, I've discovered Glass of almond milk 2 tsp raw honey 1/2 tsp cinammon If you mix it up quick and for a few minutes the honey will disperse into the milk. Comes in at around 130 cals
-
I'm set to 1200 cals a day, and some days it feels liked don't stop eating. You can view my diary if you like, it's public
-
Thanks for that lol, was hoping I'd have everyone tell me it was normal, not that i need help lol
