Does it really work though? Not being funny when I say that, but I'd like to see a follow up program a year later to see how many have kept up the good work, or how many have put it back on plus more due to losing it so quick. The US version might already do this, but don't think the uk one does

I've been drinking coffee throughout. If its coffee at home, I just log the milk I use (don't take sugar). If I have a coffee out I use their websites to log the actual cals. So long as it fits in my limits, no prob!

Same here, work 4 nights, then have 4 nights off so I revert to a normal schedule. It's easier for me to be consistent using midnight to midnight for my diary

Number 4. I love number 2, but, and please don't take this the wrong way as I have exactly the same problem, the lace sleeves don't do you any favours. I keep trying dresses on in a similar style, but the lace just makes my arms look bigger.

I work nights and find that taking dinner with me that I can eat throughout the night helps. I take salad, cold chicken, raw carrots, a pear, yoghurt. I don't need to eat these all in one go, but the protein, especially in the chicken, keeps me from raiding the vending machine! Good luck, it takes willpower, but you can do…

Yep, it's awesome. Bought the book on Sunday about 3 weeks ago. By the Tuesday I'd also read 50 shades darker and 50 shades freed. Couldn't put them down!

Not sure, think he may have cited several publications at the end of the book, but talk a out picking and choosing which bits suit a theory! Still not sure how this book is at the number one spot in health and fitness though!

The author reckons its boosts your metabolism for the rest of the day. Told you I should have stopped then. But after the cold bath, you have to go work out for 45 mins, then wait 3 hours before eating anything! So all that, before youve even had breakfast!!!

I work nights too, 7pm to 7am. Do 4 nights on then have 4 off, which is very nice, but it can be hard keep switching from nit to day mode. So far, mine hasn't been half as complicated as many of these! Stay within calorie limits and take the car less about sums up my method. Seems to be working!

Cutting out nightshades doesnt seem to be helping me either. Oh well, another theory tried lol. My doctor has referred me for surgery to have the affected area cut out, but really not sure I want to go down this route. Anyone else had surgery?

Yep, totally with you on this one. It's almost like being in a dream, I still think that one week I'll do my weigh in and it will have all magically reappeared again and it's all been a cruel joke! Can't quite grasp that I've lost the amount I have! Think my brain just needs to catch up with the rest of me!
