Any veg stew, something you can bulk out with pulses like lentils. Make a huge pot and freeze it into separate containers. Give you dinners for ages!

And another one!

If you fancy a little treat and it fits in your limits, then go for it. If not you'll end up feeling deprived and binge.

I dont care who they are. The free service we get is great, albeit the database updated by users. If people choose to click on ads which is how the site makes money, then that's fine by me. No doubt they also get a cut from fitbit too.

It's great. They put 2 people in a house, one overweight, the other under, and they have to swap menus for a week. It's on channel 4 and a new series starts next week!

The world won't stop turning if you don't use all your food vouchers, so enjoy your holiday, eat when you're hungry and bin (or give away) the rest! Enjoy it though, life's too short!

I log everything (except my water, I forget that little glass at the bottom of the screen). I normally log in advance too, so I can spread my calories throughout the day. When I do that I can also see where I need to cut back for the day or where I can squeeze in a treat.

Don't think we have Dr Oz here in England. If we do, I've never seen it. Feeling rather relieved from what I can gather about it!

I've already done day4 of 30DS and a 15 min body combat routine I found on YouTube. Its only half 9 here, not normally even up by now on a Sunday! Plan on a walk later too

Hi, feel free to add me too

Feel free to add me, the more the merrier

Everything gets logged for me, especially the 8ish cups of coffee a day. No sugar but I do use half fat milk.
-
Sorry, meant to add its about 15 mins long

I found a goodie on you tube earlier. Can't post the link but if you search for "burn calories (an awesome workout)" you should find it. It's a body combat routine led by 5 Aussies that don't stop. Left me more tired out than the 30DS does!

The people I know that have done WW have said it taught them nothing about nutrition, and they learnt more off here. The WW program just encouraged them to eat the ready made stuff from WW so the points were easier to track.

I take a daily multi vitamin and mineral tablet. That's it. Think most other things are surplus to requirements. No doubt I'll be slated for saying that! Oh well lol

I quit drinking diet coke, but there's NO WAY I'm giving up coffee lol

I like the idea of the fuelband as you wear it all day. Any other like this apart from the fitbit?

When I joined MFP 2 or 3 weeks ago, I used it to kick start a drastic diet change. From fast food and about 1 serving of veg and no fruit a week, I switched to clean eating 80-90% of the time. My diet has improved dramatically, you can view my diary, it's public. Even in the two weeks since I started, I have noticed a huge…

I'll have a read of that later, can't pick up the link on iPad so will have to go on other computer :(

I live on the road during the week and have found that cold chicken, cold lean beef are good and filling. Smoked salmon is good too as it easily makes a salad more interesting.

There was a program on bbc 1 last night ( favourite supermarket foods) and they did some test with regard to how many eggs are ok. Due to the research, the British heart foundation now say there is no limit and they can be eaten and enjoyed at will, preferably cooked in a healthy way.
