southwest salad with grilled chicken!!! 370 calories! I eat that every time I "have to go to McDonalds" Sometimes if it's dinner, and I'm under on calories, I'll even throw in a sugar free vanilla iced coffee (90 cals) HTH!!

wow! you look amazing! :) That is so inspiring and gives me hope! I'm only 12 lbs. away from my goal weight but I definitely look like I'm still 20 weeks pregnant lol.

awwww, don't worry, people are idiots.. one of my friends is thin: she's about 5'8" and maybe 140 lbs. and when she was in an airport, a flight attendant touched her stomach and was like "pregnant???" She in no way, shape or form looked pregnant...

You could take an omega-3 supplement for stronger nails/hair... but yes, as others have said, any woman can take prenatal vitamins...there is a higher does of folic acid and usually more iron...however: Women's One-A-Day is a great complete vitamin. You could take a Women's Multi-Vitamin with an Omega-3 (DHA) supplement…

you look AWESOME! Your arms are so toned and skinny! :-D

Yesterday I went and got: Iced Grande (decaf) SKINNY Caramel Macchiato (130 calories) It was FABULOUS!!!! I have lost 60 lbs since having my son, and I have decaf Starbucks like 3 times a week...as long as you don't go over calories for the day and get something under 200 calories, Starbucks is a great option!!! :)

My husband and I totally KNEW that Kaylee would gain the weight back. If she can't even keep it off for the 2-3 months between when she was sent home and the finale, she'll never be successful. I also figured...she probably gained even MORE, and then about a week or 2 before the finale, she totally freaked out and tried to…

Someone posted this a few months back. It is for the boxed mixes though, but I thought you might like it: http://www.hungry-girl.com/newsletters/raw/1543

I totally agree! Start taking your prenatals NOW! You want to build up your stores of Folic Acid, iron, calcium and vitamin D. Also, some research has shown that taking a vitamin for 3 months before TTC can significantly reduce the chance of miscarriage. I don't know how true it is, but I've read that on CNN health and…

White mochas are VERY good...but they have a LOT of calories. A tall (12 oz) , skimmed milk NO whipped cream white chocolate mocha from Starbucks has almost 300 calories. With 2% milk and whipped cream, it is 450 calories. It is definitely a treat... If you get a "skinny" flavored latte....espresso, skimmed milk and sugar…

I highly doubt you went over calories...a 3 oz serving (deck of cards) of chicken is like 110 calories, and veggies have almost nothing. An entire bowl would probably be like 60 cals. Unless you used a lot of high calorie sauces and stuff, I bet you did much better than you think! :-D Have a plain grilled chicken breast…

If you tell yourself you *CAN'T* have something, you will just crave it more. I agree with many other people....get a little hamburger (the mini is still pretty big), a diet coke or water, have a couple fries from your siblings (if you want the taste). Eat a salad or something else healthy before you go so you aren't…

Morning: Calcium + D, Magnesium Evening: Prenatal vitamin with DHA (because I'm breastfeeding) I've done this every day for 6 years (except when I wasn't pregnant or breastfeeding, I took a multi-vitamin + Omega-3's at night)

Congratulations! Good job with the weight loss! Yeah, your title made me feel so sad (and I don't know you at all). But I'm glad to know your baby is doing great :)

Not that we need to be thinking desserts, but I just found this review yesterday http://bakingbites.com/2011/04/trader-joes-golden-yellow-cake-mix-reviewed/ I made desserts for my husband to bring to work every few weeks, and I will definitely be giving this a shot the next time I make something. I like being able to have…

I also noticed a drop in supply at 4 months...I was practically crying because he did eat every hour at that stage and he seemed SO hungry...but it only lasted a week. I just made sure to drink 64 ounces of water a day (8 glasses) and eat the oatmeal. AF returned for me at 6 months, so I think it was maybe my body…

Drink lots of water, eat oatmeal. I found that the stove top oatmeal (not instant) increased my milk supply a lot! I would go from feeling on the soft side to being engorged in about a day if I had 2 bowls of it! Mothers Milk Tea gave me a migraine and I thought it tasted terrible, but it's worth a shot! :) Adding Honey…

hahahahahahaha! I'd love to see someone eat Nutella right in class :-D But I agree with everyone here. Nutella has A LOT of calories. It is so good, but it is HORRIBLE for you! I have a tendency to eat it by the spoonful too, so I decided that I will no longer have it in my house. It has worked really well...I'm down 3…

It is great that you are asking for help and want to make a change!!! Do you like salads? My husband and I started having a salad before our meal about a year ago, and it has worked great! We have romaine or baby spinach and then add other veggies, like carrots, celery, red pepper, cucumbers, tomatoes...and we use fat free…

I TOTALLY agree with the Mongolian barbeque. I used to go there with friends, and get a bowl full of fresh veggies with some lean chicken and low sodium soy sauce with fresh garlic and other herbs and spices! I would get a little side of brown rice and eat half of it or less... You can even get relatively healthy food at…

I would recommend the Smuckers Organic Natural Peanut Butter Dr. Oz says that full fat peanut butter is much healthier and contains the healthy fats that we need each day. He does not recommend lower calorie/fat peanut butter because they replace the healthy fats with extra sugar and unnatural ingredients. However, before…

I log my multi vitamin and calcium supplement every day. I log it under "snacks" for ones that aren't in the system, I sometimes record that I've taken it in the "notes" section :-D

http://www.paneranutrition.com/ Although it is high in sodium....I get the "You Pick 2" with a bowl of low fat chicken noodle soup and 1/2 greek salad! Total calories: 290. You can even eat the bread (whole wheat baguette) for another 150 and still be at like 440 cals.

chicken breast, broccoli and brown rice HUMMUS with whole wheat crackers or baby carrots bananas organic natural peanut butter yogurt (I recently started eating Cascade Fresh fruit juice sweetened yogurt, recommended in the Desserts book by The Biggest Loser) High Fiber Cinnamon Swirl oat meal

I    TRADER JOE'S GARLIC HUMMUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I eat it with whole wheat crackers most of the time, but I have used it on pita bread and carrots!!!

Chipotle: 960 calories for what I considered 3 small tacos. I would have guessed ~600 for the 3 Jimmy Johns: 840 calories for the ham & turkey sub (?????) Panera: 900 calories for the Sierra Turkey sandwich (????) It's funny how things I consider healthy have TONS of calories, yet, my Mc Chicken sandwich from McDonalds…

When I had a job, I'd bring a box of 100 calorie microwave popcorn. I also had a box of Fiber One Bars in my desk. I got value packs of both of these from Costco and it would last me for over 1 month!!! I also used to bring: bananas pretzels freeze dried apples (they weren't that good though lol) soup at hand (again,…

I agree...I used to eat 2 of them or sometimes 3 and then I'd be all sad, like, for 300 calories, I could have had a Lean Cuisine or can of soup and actually felt full lol One thing that is awesome is: light Starbucks bottled Mochas or Vanilla Latte. They are 100 calories, take awhile to drink and they do have some protein…
