Shrimp fajitas, no rice, no sour cream, no cheese, guac on the side (a scoop the size of your thumb is a tablespoon), and lots of fresh salsa!

I grab a babybel light and an apple or a Frusli bar. Some really organized people make pre-made mini quiches in muffin tins, freeze them, and just pop them in the microwave when they are in a hurry but I'm not that organized.

I'm 6'0 and my goal is 160. Through the holidays I've sort of stalled out at around 170 but I know that 160 is an obtainable goal. I thought about trying for 155 so that I would have some wiggle room, but if it becomes a fight to get down to that then it isn't meant to be. Imma gonna live my life!

Can you wear the same thing every week when you weigh in? I'm another "same-time, same-day, naked weigher," and I agree that consistency is key, it will keep you from going crazy over those ups and downs.

I usually tell myself that I am going to go warm up and if I'm still tired after the warm-up I can go back to bed, but of course once you're up, you're up! I have also tried sleeping in my work out clothes. That didn't really work for me, but it might work for you. When all else fails I think about how much more I get to…

Lookin' good, sister! x Just had a look at your profile, I'm an SD chick too! I am currently living in the UK but moving back in the summer. OB, here I come! x

My goal keeps changing, at one time it was 10 pounds of weight at a time, then it was to be under 200lbs, after that it was to be considered at a "healthy" weight, then to be 175 (a weight that I knew I felt good at), then it was to have lost 100 pounds, then to be in a size 12, but now I want to lose a few more pounds…

What an amazing transformation! Congrats you look fabulous! x

Such an amazing story, you are a true inspiration! Thanks for sharing and congrats! x

My go-to treat is 2 rice cakes with a teaspoon of peanut butter on each and a few mini chocolate chips sprinkled on top, either that or a bowl of oatmeal with a handful of chocolate chips. Weight watchers rice pudding is good too!

There are loads of sites that publish the calories for specific restaurants. Here is one for each: http://www.chilis.com/EN/LocationSpecificPDF/MenuPDF/001.005.0000/Chilis_Nutrition_Menu_Generic.pdf http://www.nutrition-charts.com/california-pizza-kitchen-nutrition-facts-calorie-information/ Make a decision about what to…

Good for you! Making that decision will change the outcome of your life forever. MFP is a great place to meet healthy role models and get tons of support. Best of luck on your journey. x

Congrats on reaching another milestone! Keep rocking it, you look fabulous! x

I've been updating my slow cooker recipes, so I have these saved on my desktop. As with most slow cooker recipes, unless it says otherwise throw all ingredients in the pot and cook for 4-6 hours. Happy eating! Pineapple Chicken 4 frozen chicken breasts 1/2 c. soy sauce 1/2 c. teriyaki sauce 1 can pineapple chunks, drain…

I eat salmon at least once a week. I prepare it baked in foil wit some lemon, salt, and pepper. Another awesome salmon recipe is Salmon with Couscous Pilaf, it's really flavorful! http://www.food.com/recipe/baked-salmon-with-couscous-pilaf-112552 6 medium carrots 1 cup uncooked couscous 1/2 cup slivered almonds 1/2 cup…

I wish I had advice for you, but I don't know much about it. What I do know is that you ARE strong, you can beat it with the same determination that has gotten you this far. Sending big hugs your way, I wish you strength, good health, and a full recovery. All my best. x

Absolutely! When I was 100 pounds heavier I never wanted to do anything physical and if I did I usually took a nap afterward. I think that some of it is mind over matter, when you are healthy you want to stay healthy and you know the feeling of exhilaration that you get from exercise, so you look for opportunities to feel…

I eat peanut butter almost daily. I used to buy the natural stuff because it's a healthier choice but I am a Skippy groupie and I buy that now because it's what I like (I buy the massive jars at Costco too!). I believe in eating what I like in moderation. When I eat pb I eat it this way (usually): 2 lightly salted rice…

Woo-hoo! That is a huge milestone, Congrats! You should reward yourself with something, I do little rewards for each goal met. Keep up the good work, chick. x

I've been called most of the above names and I don't particularly like any of them. Jolly Green Giant is what everyone called me in HS and I hated that the most. To be honest I think that any nicknames that have to do with ones appearance are insensitive, people will always try to find your weak spot so I never let anyone…

I'm 6'0 and my husband is 6'5. I've dated men between 5'8 and 6'7, mostly tallys though!
-
I don't know, but I just had a 2 inch square piece of apple cake in 5 seconds flat! Here's to "everything in moderation." I eat healthy most of the time and when I don't, I try to savour it and enjoy it for what it is...a treat! Good for you for indulging on this gloomy, English day.

Sorry, just now seeing this. I modified the recipe using only egg whites and low fat cheese. The original recipe uses full fat cheese, one egg and one egg white. The calorie count is my modified recipe. X

Yay! Good job. X
