i actually just had 2 poached eggs on 2 pieces of honey wheat toast with 1 tbsp of concord grape jam, 1 large whole strawberry, and 8ozs of trop 50 oj. only about 340 cals...very filling and satisfying!

awesome thanks! i was actually thinking about the kickbox fast, but wasnt sure it would be good for a beginner whos never done kickboxing. but the dvds on ebay are so cheap im thinkin ill give it a try!

ahhhh! ok i usually try to leave some calories and ive felt bad for even eating any of them back. but i just kind of feel like maybe i need to be eating more or something. i will give this a try and see how it goes...thanks! :-)

i think im in the same boat...and i dont understand the calculators AT ALL! the TDEE is throwing me way off. ive been tryin to figure out why i am stalling out and im starting to think that im eating too few calories as well. i just posted a topic about my situation...i guess i should have read this first! :-)

was going to planet fitness, you cant beat $10 a month BUT i joined the YMCA in jan...waived joiners fee and a discount..so for $24 i get alot of really cool classes too! totally worth the extra $14 to get all these great classes!!

i dont have any answers here either really. but i agree with some of the others...i try to snack healthy but i will indulge a little if im having a reaaaally bad day lol. i just try to eat nuts and yogurt or rice snacks....and those 100 cal packs of cupcakes n stuff usually work for the choc cravings.
