i usually give mine about 15 min afterwards. it really doesnt matter though because it does record your HR and calorie burn whether your in exercise mode or not. it really just depends on whether or not you want to record that extra time.

in order to record your heart rate and get readings yes. i wish it could work without it though..it can be a little uncomfortable especially when you are doing boot camp style workouts.

blue diamond habanero almonds are probably my fav, veggie straws (38 for 130 cals), Yoplait greek 100 cal, I also like 1-2oz of boars head turkey (mesquite wood smoked or honey maple) with half a slice of a low fat cheese, pickles...I have the snack area covered lol my problem is breakfast!

i work in a bakery and we have samples everyday of pastries, i usually end up eating one and i very seldom add it into my cals because its such a small portion...i know it counts too but i feel like its really a cheat if i dont :p seriously though...no food is off limits for me, i guess a cheat would be when i allow myself…
