I think when you add new foods/meals, you can make them public. There is an option to click that will share with all of MFP. Then you can give it a unique name so your friend and hubby know what to look for when adding the recipe.

I just started the Lean program on Monday, so this will be day 3 for me!! I am very sore and feel every muscle in my abs! They are tough workouts, but don't give up!!

My latest breakfast craze for me has been1 egg white and 1 egg scrambled then add a wedge of laughing cow cheese on top. Delicious. It might not hold you over until lunch, so add a banana or apple. I have to eat a snack in between breakfast and lunch b/c of blood sugar issues.

I believe the course was designed for military use or similar to what some of our military go through during training. I have not done the tough mudder, but shorter (5K) obstacle courses and she should be training!! They are hard and intense.....and FUN!!!
