Eat more real foods and less processed. A lot of your meals are all processed and junk type food. Also, calculate your TDEE and BMR, like others suggested. 1200 is too low for most people. Good luck!

I just finished Week 1 Stage 1 last night. It was tough! I feel good though and actually starting week 2 tomorrow due to my upcoming schedule next week and making sure I stay on track! I feel awesome and hoping to see results soon.

More people will probably chime in if you give your age, height, weight, etc. What you are doing at the gym, strength/cardio. Where did you come up with 2000? I am on 1700 calories and 5'3" female. That is my TDEE - 20%.

We buy them at our Giant store when they are Buy One Get One and love them! Our boys, 4 and 2, like them as well!

You look amazing! We are the same height and hoping my body will look similar to yours! Did you follow a heavy lifting program? I just purchased the new rules of lifting for women and hoping that helps get my body to start changing! Great job!

Just as long as it is within your calorie allottment, go for what makes you happy and satisfies you. I am not a huge breakfast person, so sometimes will have salads or leftovers for breakfast!

I have been doing this for months!! I started at the MFP setting of 1200. After reading more about BMR, TDEE, etc, I bumped it up to my BMR. Then I was doing 30 DS and treadmill. Now I am doing Insanity. I just recently added on the 8 lbs within the past 5 weeks. I will bump it up to my TDEE (-20%) and see if that helps. I…

I am 5'3" as well, My goal weight is 120. I was 112, YEARS ago, and looked too thin. I have an athletic build, so it just didn't look right on me and thinking 120 would be good!

Thanks for the info. We don't have a weight bench, but adjustable weights that go up to 50 lbs.

Does this have exercises for people who workout at home and don't have a gym membership? I want to try this, but we do not and will not get a gym membership!

I am on week 2 of round 1 of insanity. Wish I wouldn't have weighed myself today b/c I gained 2 lbs. But, I will keep pushing through b/c I want to prove to myself that I can complete the Insanity program!!

I am an EH&S Manager and very stressed. I have a desk job, but also get around to do inspections. I am now using my lunch time to go on walks to help deal with the stress. Whenever you can fit it in and can move!! I was going to do Day 3 this morning, but my muscles were too sore. I am doing it tonight after my boys go to bed and pray I can move tomorrow morning :)

I just started on Monday night. My husband and I did the fit test and first workout yesterday. Not looking forward to tonight's workout considering I can barely walk now :) haha. My legs and back are so sore. But, I am going to keep pushing through and hoping my muscles forgive me soon!!

I am sure there are groups on here, but also look in your community for an overeaters annoymous group. They help people who binge eat/bulimia, etc. It is nice sometimes to hear of others struggles and how they deal with not binge eating. Good luck!!

Great job! Like I stated, I started before and just stopped after I had my binge :( So, I am getting the book out tonight to remind me of what all is allowed and how it works. I can't remember b/c it was awhile ago when I did this. I will probably start this weekend, not sure if I have the right foods at my house right now…

I live in PA too and found them in my local Giant supermarket. They are in the organic section in the refrigerated area. I had to look really hard b/c they were mixed in with all the other tofu and didn't see them at first! They are in small bags.

Have you calculated your BMR and TDEE? I am just shocked that your daily goal is 1300 calories. That seems low for someone that is taller. I am only 5'3" and my daily goal is 1380. Where did you get your numbers from?

Do each stage for 10 days straight each. I did Level 1 Day 3 this morning. My whole body is SORE and I really didn't want to do it at all. But, got through it and feel good!
