Completed level 1 day 2 this morning. Woke up really early to get in my workout before getting myself ready for work and my boys ready for preschool/babysitter. Hubby did this with me this morning and last night. We are both sore, but that is a good feeling!!

If it is a recipe that has meat in it, I usually put the meat in frozen so that cooking it 10 hrs won't dry it out. Also, I sometimes add a little more water or chicken stock. I just received mine yestereday in the mail, from Amazon.com. I put it in my water this morning and might throw some on my lunch later. It creates a different type of texture and some seeds stay crunchy. I didn't mind it though.

I don't think you are eating enough. Find out what your BMR is and go from there. I am 5'3 and my BMR is around 1628 (something like that). So, I eat that amount and usually try to eat my exercise calories as well to net my BMR.
