I do have a desk job and do sit a lot during the day most of the week. When I get home, I usually don't sit until I am ready for bed. I have a 3.5 yr old and 20 month old to chase after, and cooking/cleaning, etc. I just put in sedentary b/c I am not always loyal to working out like I should.

Thanks. I appreciate your help. I think I was overthinking all of this and just confusing myself. I have been working out hard and eating only 1200 (at first) and not noticing much of a difference. I have slowly started upping my calories and feel better with more energy. I will definitely up them again to eat at or above…

Okay, I am getting confused reading all these posts about my calorie intake!! MFP had me at 1200, but I adjusted that b/c I read I am not supposed to eat below my BMR. My BMR is 1356.8. I am trying to lose 10 lbs or body fat, whatever to tone up my stomach area and tighten that back up after 2 kids. So, is it correct that…

Sorry to hear about your house, but happy everyone (and pets) made it out ok. I have the Racheal Ray hard anodized non-stick post and pans and LOVE them! I have had them for a few years and they are wonderful and very easy to clean. They are great to cook with as well. They were a little more expensive, up front, but would…

I eat meals/snacks every 2-3 hrs to help maintain my blood sugar. I have blood sugar issues and this seems to help me.

I am interested in this as well. I have trouble getting my heart rate up, even though I work out at high intensities. My RHR is 60 bpm.

Great results!! Can really notice in your stomach and back! Way to go!!!

I am in the same situation. I try and cook as many casseroles on the weekend as possible and freeze them. Then, I will put them in the fridge (the day before) and let them start to thaw. Then, the night we eat it, I just pop it back in the oven to finish cooking or nuke in the microwave. I also try and use my crock pot a…

I just bought an HRM and only paid around $25 from Amazon. It is a Pyle HRM. I am 5'3" and around 130. I am on level 1 and average about 150 calories. Good luck!

I eat 3 meals a day and 3 snacks a day. Usually every 2-3 hours inbetween snacks/meals. This is beneficial to me b/c I have blood sugar issues and this helps keep me in check (I am pre-diabetic). Do what feels right for you and your body!

I am 5'3", around 130 and burned 150 calories on Level 1. I used an HRM to determine my calories.
-
I added this as my own exercise under cardio. I used an HRM and burned 150 cals when I did it.

Are you eating enough? How is your stress level? Those are side effects for too low calories and high stress. Hope it stops falling out for you!

Thanks. I am doing P90X lean program right now. Just saw the Insanity program and think it looks fun. I think it might be too much for my knees though :( Thanks for the advice!

Awesome job!!! Love the ink! Keep up the good work.

I have done 2 of these and another one in June. They are FUN!!! As long as you are in decent shape and have stamina, you will do fine. The running is broken up by the obstacles, but some of the obstacles are hard!! You will be encouraged by all the other runners and the fun that everyone is having. I am addicted to them…

WTG! I have been looking for c-section bellies as well b/c I would love to see a realistic vision of how my stomach can look. I still have a jiggly belly and a small "shelf" that I am trying to tone and get rid of. However, I believe my "shelf" will be here to stay and I will wear it proudly since I have 2 amazing little…

I would like to lose 10 lbs, but mainly want to tone up and tighten my stomach (after 2 c-sections, it needs help!)
-
Thanks. I figured I was measuring too early. Just was a little anxious b/c this is the first I ever took body measurements and have been working my butt off with these P90X videos!!

Great job!!

Thanks. I am not a yoga fan either. I did arms and shoulders last night, so will probably do one of my Jillian DVD's tonight and some cardio. That is great you did the P90X so many times!! That is amazing!
