MFP sugar setting...
I go over my sugar limit everyday. I eat an apple and banana almost everyday and that puts me at my limit. I realize these are natural sugars, but still sugar. Should I be limiting the these foods and find better low sugar substitues (different fruits/veggies)?

Did you set up your settings for your BMR as your lowest calorie intake and then eat back your exercise calories or did you set them at your TDEE (-20%) and eat back your exercise calories? HRM calorie burn vs. treadmill calorie burn
I worked out last night on my treadmill and wore my HRM. The HRM stated I burned 263 calories, while my treadmill (which monitors my heart rate as well) stated that I burned 444 calories. Low carb?? What do you eat??
Just curious if you are on a low carb diet, what you eat? A lot of my carbs come from fruits and veggies, so what do people eat if they are only eating 20 carbs or around there? I am trying to lower my carb intake, but won't give up on my fruits and veggies :)

BMR help...
My calculated BMR (for sedentary lifestyle) is 1628. So, should I be eating at least that a day and then eating back my exercise calories? I want to lose 10 lbs. I am 5'3", female, and 34 yrs old. Abdominal Seperation from pregnancy
My youngest son is 20 months old, but still seems like I have abdominal seperation and not sure how I can fix this. Has anyone dealt with this? If so, how did you correct this? Anyone doing Insanity that has/had knee issues?
I really want to try the Insanity program, but have had an ACL repair (years ago) and sometimes still have some minor issues. Not sure if this will be too much for my knee. Has anyone here done the program that has had any knee issues and found this to be ok for their knee?
