Abdominal Seperation from pregnancy

My youngest son is 20 months old, but still seems like I have abdominal seperation and not sure how I can fix this. Has anyone dealt with this? If so, how did you correct this? I am trying to find more information, but a lot of the sites I found tell me what not to do, but don't show me what to do!!
