Anyone doing Insanity that has/had knee issues?

I really want to try the Insanity program, but have had an ACL repair (years ago) and sometimes still have some minor issues. Not sure if this will be too much for my knee. Has anyone here done the program that has had any knee issues and found this to be ok for their knee?

I would be VERY careful. I love the program but are alot of jumps and fast movements in it. My sister had knee surgery in both knees and it was too much on her so she opted for P90X instead and has been doing good with that, with a few adjustments.

Thanks. I am doing P90X lean program right now. Just saw the Insanity program and think it looks fun. I think it might be too much for my knees though :( Thanks for the advice!

I have and have a knee issue. I can only do insanity every other or every two days. And I modify some moves to take out the jumping aspect. Suh as squats instead of jumping in n out of position I simply squat non stop for the time allotted. It's the best workout I have ever done but yo have to be extremely careful. I also take joint health supplements. Should probably say that I have too done p90X and love it. And it is much much easier on the knees.

It's VERY hard on your knees, even when they're 100%. I'd steer clear if you'er already doing P90X.
