How often should I measure?

I started doing the P90X lean program on 3/12. I have been tracking calories and only had 1 day where I did not do a DVD. I took measurements on the 12th and again this morning and there have been no changes. Should I wait until my muscles start adjusting to the workouts? I am only around 5' 3", so my calories that MFP set are at 1200 and has me set to lose 0.7 lbs a week. I do eat back most of my excercise calories. I used a website to help determine my calories burned based on the P90X DVD I am doing. I also ordered a HRM, which should be here tomorrow, so maybe that will give me a more accurate number. I am not sure if I am just measuring too soon or what is going on.
Thanks
Thanks

Once a month is usually adequate. Any more than that the changes will be minimal, maybe too small to detect.0

Thanks. I figured I was measuring too early. Just was a little anxious b/c this is the first I ever took body measurements and have been working my butt off with these P90X videos!!0
