Finished 1st week of NROL4W - Add me!

Hi everyone, just found this group and just finished my first week of NROL4W. Anyone just starting or even a pro, pls add me and we can keep each other motivated.

Did anyone else feel that the second round of Stage 1, Workout A was harder than the first?... geez! Felt awesome though either way. ;)

    well done...im just finishing up my 3rd week, stage 1...im LOVING it so much, i've upped my weights and really feeling workout B still lol....

    Stage 1 Day 5 workout A for me tomorrow. B ALWAYS kicks my butt. I need to lift heavier for workout A apparently. :) hoping the squat rack is free tomorrow when I go in. I hate trying to hang around and just wait for it. ugh

    I just finished Week 1 Stage 1 last night. It was tough! I feel good though and actually starting week 2 tomorrow due to my upcoming schedule next week and making sure I stay on track! I feel awesome and hoping to see results soon.
