I've been on the 1740 plan for about 2 weeks now and I'm surprised at how satisfied I am. I found the key is eating 2-3 snacks. 1 between breakfast lunch and dinner, and one after dinner if i have calories left. Keep up the good work!! 4 lbs is awesome.
