Haven't lost in 2 weeks
So I've been busting my but for the past 2 weeks and haven't lost a single pound. I'm lifting 4 times a week and doing cardio everyday. Looking at my food I've done really well and stayed below my calorie count. Really not sure what's going on. I would think that even with lifting weights that I would still loose some…
