I'm 5' 4". 49 years old, small boned and the perfect weight for me is 125 or so.

I eat Special K Protein Plus. I eat 2 servings which has 20 grams of protein and 10 grams of fiber and only 200 calories with almond milk and greek yogurt so it adds up to around 300 calories. I don't like oatmeal even though I know it's probably the best.
