For me it's more water. I do pretty well when I'm at work but at home or out and about I do not drink enough. I'm committing to drinking 8 glasses of water a day.

My action today was this post. I want this group to be a place for positive, uplifting interaction that helps others realize they can accomplish any goal they set for themselves. I always worry no one will find my posts worth reading or beneficial .

My Accountability for Today: I worked out - day 4. I've been getting up early even though I'd much rather sleep in. The other thing I'm focusing on this week is getting my house in order. I head out of town next week and I need things neat and tidy.

I will admit I tend to want it now but I have to remind myself that I didn't get out of shape in a day so I'm not going to get back in shape in a day either.

1. Holly 2. Washington State 3. Healthy Eating I don't want to get older and not have the energy to do anything. My husband and I had kids young (21) and by 40 they were graduated and moved out. Now we have time do stuff together and I want to be able to actually do something.

@varula - awesome victory. Saying no to something can be hard. I know I can be the "are you sure" person at times. Having something else there to help you stay away from temptation was a smart idea.
