  • You have to eat to lose. If you do not eat enough, your body thinks you are starving and it tries to hang on to those extra pounds as long as it can to try to stay alive. You have to find the righ amount of calories to consume to lose weight at a healthy pace. I am trying to stick to the 1200-1300 to lose 2 pounds a week.

  • That's why you shouldn't weigh everyday. When you weigh at the same time of day and several days apart you are more likely to see the reality. And you probably won't get as frustrated. I know it's hard waiting inbetween weigh ins, but it will be worth it!!
