From all that I have read and seen, you might be gaining muscle, or not eating enough calories. I've been having the same problem too, so I can't give much advice, but I'd love to see other people's opinions!

I'm 5'4" and have lost about 8 lbs since January, with a goal to reach 135-140 by May 12th. Any advice or encouragement would be grateful! :)

I always feel the same way about if I put down calories for when I'm at work! I'm pretty sure that'd be fine, though, because afterall, moving around and cooking in the kitchen is moving around, and you are burning calories.
