My husband swears by Molson 67. 67 calories and he says it still tastes good

I have started using it and wholly recommend it. I have more energy and generally feel good on it.

To begin with I followed only the calorie intake suggestions. Now I watch everything else intermittently. I 'feel' that the calorie count is most important and do my best to make healthy choices otherwise.

Hey!! Get your clothes back on!! What's your wife going to think?!?

You NEED to eat at least 1200 calories a day. You can manually reset your calories to 1300 and then keep 1200ish as a target. That way you're under your goal and meeting your calorie intake. That's what I had to do.

Awesome progress!! Don't flip about a brownie!! I have a cupboard of contraband treats that every few days I have 'one' of. That way I don't feel like I'm depriving myself and less likely to binge. I will even have soda now and then and stay close or under my calorie goal. You can do it! This is a marathon, not a sprint.…

MFP is the best tool I've ever used to lose weight! I would NEVER try anything else. I try to do regular excercise and track everything. It's so quick and easy, you'll never go back. WELCOME!

Log EVERYTHING is good advice. I know that after 4 months on MFP I know alot of calorie amounts off the top of my head but it took a LONG time to get there. I still have splurges, but when I log them I know I'm still in my range.

Leafy spinach has ridiculously low calories as well :)

Great idea!! And I agree... I'm shooting you a request :)

Your hard work isn't being undone. Your body is getting balanced, healthy, and used to a reasonable amount of calories. In the end you will be healthier! Then no more yo-yo-ing... I don't look at MFP as a 'DIET' but a lifestyle. :)

How many calories are you eating in a day? and are you eating your exercise calories as well?? This is very important because if you're eating too far below then you will STAY in starvation mode. Eat all or most of your daily calories including exercise. It may take time for your body to feel that it's okay to shed weight…

I would track but not stress about being ON it. I went on vacation for 3 weeks and wished I had MFP then! We ate really well and were active but made crappy choices and drank a TONNE of pop. I'm convinced that if I'd have had to track my pop I would've made better choices and even lost some weight. In the end do what makes…

I know that many years ago I did a learn to run program that was a walk/run type setup. I never did weights but did do situps and bench drops at home. I lost a tonne of weight and was toned. I know that if you can run/jog at all it just melts the weight right off. I lost 20lb in about 10 weeks and ate everything! I also…
