Myoplex makes great snack bars. Similiar to a "Cliff bar" They give you energy, but they suggest eating them after a workout. They are delish!

Are you drinking enough water? That is a huge hunger fakeout.

You are most likely gaining muscle which weighs more than fat....give it some more time. You will be soooo happy you didn't quit.

Two books you need to have for a sweet tooth. 1. Body for Life Cookbook and 2. South Beach Diet cookbook. There is a dessert section in both books. The desserts are fantastic!

I made my husband a coupon booklet. It was free! I made coupons such as a 10 minute massage, a facial, foot rub, etc... I also stuck a few "naughty ones" in there. :) And believe me!....He cashed in a LOT of those coupons!

If you like to cook I highly recommend the South Beach Diet cookbook and the Body for Life cookbook. I am a 30 year old mother of two little boys. I think your goal weight 4 is too low. A 5' 5 healthy body weight should be 130-140 lbs. Keep a realistic goal. You are going to do great!
