  • With two jobs, I am often exhausted come Saturday and much in need of a drink. I end up cheating all weekend. I only lost 1 lb in February because I gained back all my losses over the weekends. I have been 10 lbs from my goal for several weeks now and I am hoping to break my plateau. Lets motivate each other!

  • Instead of using generic water bottles go out an get your own large water bottle that's unique and you know is yours/the kids know is ONLY yours.... ex a hot pink bottle with a special cap that wont be lost all over the house. That way you can keep track of what uve drank more easily

  • you could try making one yourself- with none of that added additives from the store ones. make a basic rue sauce with flour, and fat free milk and then add grated or chunks of cheese to taste. thats what i use for mac and cheese. yummy
