I was wonering if there is any way that the web site can give us options of what we can eat at the end of the day with what is left of our daily allowances? Such as making suggestions based on our food items we chose during the week. It would be so much easier to be told "you can have 1cup of pasta, 2 oz. of chicken and a piece of bread with butter!" Does anyone know of some way to do this?

Weight Watchers does that but I'm not sure if that's a free service or paid...

what i do is go to my food log on mfp and add in what i want to have.

for example - ill search for generic chicken, pasta, broccoli, a prego sauce.
then i play with the meausrements a lil to make it add up to what i need.
this is normally about 400 cals for what i eat.
or you can buy products at the grocery store that have the calories listed right on the front. alot of breads, bagels, lean cuisines etc have the calories available.

    its really simple =)
