A blog I read foodbabe.com recommends fasting 12 hours per day (e.g. If you're waking up at 6 am to eat breakfast, stop eating at 6 pm). I try to follow that rule of thumb so for your case it would depend on when you intend to eat again.

Did 110 squats last night. About 30 were squat jumps. They were part of a boot camp class I was doing anyway, and with everything else we did, I couldn't do any more jumps!

I only weigh in the morning. I think it would be unrealistic to expect my weight to be the same in the morning and in the evening unless I fasted all day. Which I don't. :)

I do both. But I have to say I LOVE having my membership at the YMCA, mainly for the classes. I do a boot camp class, zumba, yoga, spinning, and tai chi, depending on how my weeks go. I don't refrigerate either after opening. I hate cold ketchup. It grosses me out. I rarely use maple syrup but I have never put it in the fridge. I have never had an issue and have always done it this way.

Bump your fiber goal up to 25 and try adding chia seeds to things like oatmeal and smoothies. Great source of fiber. Should help.
