Hi, i'm a bit of a gadget fiend and have discovered that my garmin which I use for running now links to MFP - hooray! BUT I also use a fitbit.. now the Garmin tells fitbit about my run via MFP (I think?) and should discount the additional exercise by the start time but it seems to have given me an awful lot of calories…

Hi, I personally use both. Fitbit for non-exercise burn (daily steps, stairs, general activity) and a HRM for gym sessions, classes, runs etc. :smile:

One of the most interesting podcasts I have been listening to is 'Cut the Fat' podcast on itunes ( I listen to it while doing my resistance training). Frozen grapes - they are quite similar to boiled sweets. I wash and pick them off the vine and freeze in a container. Handy to suck on when something sweet required :smile:

I'm vegetarian from the UK, feel free to add :) BTW - I love 'Appetite for Reduction' by Isa Chandra Moskowitz recipe book. I'm not vegan but trying to eat a more healthy vegetarian diet.
