I too run very slowly, I use http://mydr.com.au/tools/calories-burned-calculator to calculate what I burn, activity "Running, jog/walk combination". Hope you find it useful.

Friday 8.7 miles, Saturday 7.9 and Sunday 9. It's been rainy the past few days, but still a bit too hot. Is there such a thing as jacket that keeps rain out without trapping sweat in? Or maybe I should just let the rain wash away the sweat:smile:

I ran 8 miles on Wednesday, 8.5 yesterday and about 8 today. It was a really nice run today, the sun was shining, there was a slight breeze and all was good and well, up until i found a frakking spider in my bra! And yes, it did bite me, on the chesticle, as I tried to get it out. I hope no one saw me freak out...
