Aug 4th mileage update...... 2052 miles completed today or 4104 cals burnt. This takes our total miles completed so far to.. 8444! Amazing, we're doing really well. :-D

Pu55kat, when I've done a weekly challenge on here I've managed to add onto the same post to log my cals burnt so we'll see how we get on. Otherwise you could all pm your burns to me. Im easy!

I've got 15-20lb left till goal tho these days im more interested with how i feel and look than with the scales. Good luck. :-)

Welcome to mfp! Swimming, aqua aerobics are lower impact but good calorie burners or gentle waonlking if you can manage it? good luck on your journey.:-)

My gym instructor told me to always do a 5 min cardio warm up before doing strength/weight work so as you don't pull a muscle. Works for me. I do a warm up followed by a 40-50 min strength workout then half hrs cardio and cool down and stretch. :-)
