hi everyone some fab burns today. mine is 441 cals burnt for 4/12. got 2/3 of my boys off ill so no gym for me so jillian Michaels is kicking my a**e big time!

i use Daniel millers android apps (not sure if on iphone) they are 5 or 10 min workouts that you can squeeze into a busy life. there is abs, legs, arms, butt and cardio. if im really busy ill spread them out over the whole day. good luck. :-)

chicken and avocado salad or red pepper houmous with roasted veg two of my fave wrap fillings. Others could include falafel, philadelphia light, pesto id always include salad or veg as well as a healthy filler. hope you find something you enjoy. :)

i did weight watchers and hated it! i put on 5lbs and the points tracking drove me insane. a friend told me about mfp and I've lost 15lb on here and made some amazing supportive friends. you need to do what's best for you and maybe at this stage in your weight loss this is it. good luck with whatever you decide. :-D

if you just click on your recipe tab under food, then on the recipe folder you want to edit, the ingredients are all listed and you can just edit the amounts. just tried it online and it works on there too. hope this helps. :-)

we're on the home stretch now guys! two teams have finished so far and theres three teams ahead of us now. Our miles from 13th aug are 13th aug- 2120.5 14th aug - 2021 15th aug - 1706.5 16th aug - 2498 17th aug - 2166.5 18th aug - 2391 our total miles since so far as a group are 38,939

Total miles for week one of the challenge were 19,412.5 Miles for weds august 8th were 2436 (4872cals burnt)

Miles for august 6th were 2477.5. Thats 4955 cals burnt. Total miles since day 1 are 17,607.5 Great going! Numbers for today looking good so far too! Lets keep this up.

August 5th miles are 3960! (7920 cals burnt) our total miles so far are 15,130. AMAZING burn. Once i hear the maps been updated I'll look and see where we are.
