For me it has to be the morning. I just cant get motivated if i leave it too long, i always find myself sidetracked by the ironing or other mundane jobs!! So i get the kids off to school and pre-school and head to the gym. :happy:

I have my breakfast around 730am and my dinner is usually around 530pm. I dont generally eat in the evening but if i do not past 8pm. :smile:

Im stuck on my last 20lb. Im trying to up my exercise and do different things so my body doesn't get used to it and drinking loads of water. Maybe start logging your food again to check your eating what you think you are. Well done on 53lb loss ad good luck on the next 17. ;-)

I too came here from weight watchers where i gained 5lbs! I started mfp at 159lb and am aiming for 125-130lb. Im currently 148 and down a dress size so heading in the right direction! me! i started off with 30lb to lose and have lost 10. the last 20lb are clinging on for dear life despite loads of exercise and calorie deficits. aah! im trying to be patient and its good to know im not alone in this. ;-)

You sound a good weight for your height. Im 5'2" and aiming for 125-130lb. Im 148 at the mo adjust gonna get to my goal and see how i feel then. :-)

Hi... feel free to add me. My daily cals are set by MFP at 1430 as i am very active. I do about 500-800 cals of exercise daily. If i added this to my allowance i could eat around 2000 cals daily. I tend to stick around 1430 on my net cals so my actual intake is around 1700. This means my body is keeping the 1430cals MFP…
