Oh snap, I didn't think of that. But fear not.. apparently --I read an article a month or so ago, wish I could find it again-- they are working on some sort of remote appendage apparatus thing specifically for troops overseas.... hmm I'm going to go search for it.

According to some, I can be a big *kitten* too.. ::rolleyes::

:) And no way you aren't getting any for a year... Edit: unless you are in nun school.. in which case, I advise academic misconduct ;)
-
If only I had a quarter every time I heard that.... LOL

Yes this. Its a fact, not theory. One LB is 3500 cal. If you save that much over the week, you lose one lb :)

Don't eat your exercise calories back. There will be some people who freak out on this advice. You don't exercise sooooo much that you need to eat them back. Especially if you are on a 1lbs per week loss schedule, not eating them back will average you out to a 2lbs loss per week schedule over the week, which is…

I've been eating the same breakfast and lunch since end of January on weekdays. My dinners are mostly the same. Nothing wrong with eating same, as long as its a well balanced meal plan. You don't want to go without essential stuff for long periods. I pop a multivitamin periodically to make sure I got all the bases covered.…

Someone mentioned "negotiation tool". I'd take that any day over "weapon of logic". "Well I am right because if I am not, then you aren't getting it tonight--(this being the one she put off from the previous night)". True story, not joking.

Love it, I should trademark and sell "The F**K Alarm"
-
I noticed ;)

Whoa, that is weird.

Heals, sandals, army boots, whatever... It all beats "just turn off the lights and get it over with".
-
This my sound harsh.. but do yourselves a favor and REALLY REALLY explore this before tying the knot.
-
High five! :)
-
Change your name to "Lightningrod" for this thread? ;)

Unless you are one of those guys who think that's not right. Then you are screwed... oh the irony.
-
No excuse. If my arms didnt work, I'd figure out a way to attach a rope to the ceiling fan and wrap it around my armpits to keep me in the right position.
-
:) 100% truth. It is really easy. If you got a guy who ever turns you down.. leave him. Lot more a LOT MOOORE fish in that sea. I could never imagine turning down a girl who asks for it... boggles the mind!

Yep, its sad that the best advice I can give my son is to not get married. (I haven't yet, hes only 12)
-
OMG.. I found you! you do exist!..... LOL, your husband is a lucky lucky man.
-
+1 word for word.
-
Boy oh boy oh boy, I wish I had his problem lol :)
-
I'm with you, except substitute 100% for 99%, 75% for 90%, and "most my stuff and future earnings" for "half my stuff". I am so sick of its one sidedness that it saps my will to live away. (Yes, there's a lot more to this story too)

Workin like a dog...

Up the protein to around 150 a day. Also, weight loss is slow, muscle building even slower. Weight loss you should notice after 1-3 months (assuming constant commitment to cal deficit, and controlling estimation errors to the point where they aren't wiping out the deficit). Muscle build is about a pound a month, so that's…
