  • Cleaning your house is good exercise, im always a bit knackered after giving the house a good clean. Just put that down as one of your exercises :)
  • Once people start to see you looking good, they'll change their attitudes, people around me are starting to re-assess their diets as they see me getting slimmer. Rather than asking ya why ya not coming on a night out to drink a weeks worth of calories away, theyll be asking to join you on your exercise. :)
  • Hello there! My advice would be make use of hte tools, logging your food and execise really helps you keep track of your progress and motivates you to improve. :)
  • I noticed how much difference there is inbetween the low fat/sugar and normal versions of the same product. I used to think it was just a selling gimmick and there was only a slight difference, i used to go for the normal products cause they tasted a tiny bit better, now i normally go for the lighter versions.
  • Are you scales accurate? are you using them in the same place on a lvl surface? mine change quite a bit if i use them in my bathroom to into my bedroom. Also have you noticed more muscle around your body, fat gathers around your waste so ya might be losing it there and replacing with a small muscle gain around your body.

  • Are these calinsthetics strenth building exercises? maybe just wait till youve burned off more fat from your cardio exercises before you start strenth building, i know when i started doing situps and pressups while i was heavey they were building my arm and stomach muscles but not getting my heart going enough to burn off…

  • Arms and legs ide say, actually starting to see sum muscles again, was beggining to wonder if they were still under there.

  • I'm very weak minded and lazy so i just get the fast food when i fancy it, but at least get summat with sum nutritional value like chicken, then just burn it off on the exercise bike later. Hmm ya probebly shouldnt listen to me though. Listen to Mepheston :)
  • Alot of the exercises are named by the muscle/body part your using and the action your doing, for example the machine where you sit down with your legs behind a bar then extend them is what you would call "leg extensions". Google will probebly tell you what you were doing if ya put a brief description in.
  • Drag the web site into your windows startup, then you've got nowhere to hide, that might help keep you motivated. :)
  • Nice one! Your doing it hte smart way i see and waiting till ya lost the weight before ya buy a suit, i bought a suit earlier this year for a wedding, looks like ill have to buy another now doh.

  • Good job :) I noticed ive gon up a notch on my belt when i got dressed for work this morning, thats how im measuring my weight loss.
  • I don't think your speed really matters, when i jog on the spot it still gets my legs burning and im not going anywhere :) Also i think your walking speed just depends on the lenth of your legs, i find been tall i walk much faster than most people.
