LOTS of sodium for the little amount of water you are drinking. I do not see much protein there... lots of carbs and fat though... My advice: eggs, chicken, salmon, tuna... and I drink about 10 glasses of water a day -at least.

TURBO JAM is much slower and low impact than Insanity. If you do it together with Chalean Extreme you'll be building up endurance and strength, and preparing yourself for insanity.

I burn between 700 and 900 kcal a day, 6 days a week. Combine cardio, toning/strength, abs and stretching. Some Saturdays I like to reach up to 1250kcal with extra cardio HIIT, or any ohter activity.

I see that you eat quite a lot of processed carbs: sugars and foods. Sugars do not fill you up for very long. That´s why if you took more protein and fiber rich (good and slowly digested carbs) foods: such as oatmeal, veggies, and fruit would keep you full much longer. Remember that the body gets used to sugar and…

I love my camelback! besides, it's easy to drink with the tube, and putting it back into place. I use it mainly for hiking and-or snowboarding :)

I saw that Chobani's natural yogurt has more sugar's than Kroger´s. I haven't tried chobani's, but I like Kroger's a lot already.

well... honey nourishes the skin and hair a lot. I guess that if they go to the sauna to sweat, they may also want to help it with nourishing the skin? I'd be better to do that at home though... other people's towels will get sticky with honey? uhmmm

welcome to the site! I don't drink, but I love books and working out too! ^_^ feel free to add me!

FC BARCELONA fan here! we're going to win the Champions League... ^_^ -I hope at least! heheh I also like Manchester United and Bayern München. Going to spend next Thursday playing soccer at work!

You should get yourself a heart rate monitor, thus, you'd know how much you burned walking, jogging or doing any video. Remember that it depends on how much you put into it each time you do the workout/activity, and the calorie burned is always conditioned by that. Good luck!

I work out wearing a top-bra and boyshorts cotton panties -at home. Or volleyball shorts. I also feel sexy without wearing any make-up and wearing small panties/bottom underwear. I think that I feel sexy everyday, soft skin, don't dry my hair with a hairdrier, and I feel very strong and sexy after a good sweat. Perfect…

you Love getting up at 4.30 AM and work out for 90 to 120 minutes and go to work with a huge smile on your face. you look forward to geting a new workout program to combine with the one you are already getting used to. you work out 6 days a week and are sorry that you need one day of rest, your body really demands it and…

I do not know why you count it as a loss... You can enjoy the food at a buffet, there's plenty of choice for protein and salads. Cottage cheese, greens, cheese, ... if you use pepper and lemon as dressing, and as meat find something with curry or mustard... I like buffets because I eat as I would eat at home more or less.…

stretching on the floor and yoga are better without shoes. But I totally agree that one needs good training shoes for cardio, jumping around etc. It really makes a difference.

I usually eat dinner at 4.30pm and never later than 6pm. It feels better for me this way. Eating a small snack at 8pm is fine as long as I go to bed 2 hours after that. It also depends on the quality of the food you eat, of course. Do what works best for your body, and you'll be fine. Listen to it. ^_^ smiles and sunshine.

Maybe a protein bar? it will fill you up, and you can eat it on the go...
-
It feels like lots of energy, being able to take physical and mental challenges much easily, and you are very aware of your body... how it reacts to food, etc. ^_^

I always take a cliff bar when going Snowboarding. They are tasty and I don't have to stop at all riding up and down the mountain. ^_^ I like Pure Protein bars also, the 20gr ones, with a non-fat, plain greek yogurt are very filling, they can make a full meal.

I would start with the elastic bands, and very low weights. If your leg and ankle hurt, be careful not putting too much extra weight. You can try to do the exercises without any extra weight. If you do them in perfect form, or only with wrist-weights you are also getting a good workout.

This a very good reminder. You can also copy it down so you see it written by yourself. Thanks a lot for this post! Smiles and sunshine to everyone!

Everybody burns a different amount of calories depending on the height and weight, and also how intense is the workout, and how long it lasts. Sometimes for the same length of time I've burned 100 kcal more than other days... I use a HRM and now I really know if I'm working out hard enough and if I stay in the range I'm…

Eat well. Not processed foods, not useless calories...
-
I do not eat any fried stuff, it's my stomach killer. No creamy or rich sauces, those make me sick, so I don't eat them at all. If I've eaten a few french fries it's been okay as long as I just eat a bit of them, but too many make me sick as well. I've just learned to listen to my body.
-
Very Important to remember: Eat the calories from veggies, fruit, complex carbs (pasta, beans, rice, ...) and protein. The less processed foods and added sugars you eat, the faster your weightloss will be.
-
It just happened the same to me today... I've saved the 2 slices of ww bread I was going to have for dinner, and spread some natural peanut butter with some natural jalapenyo jam. :P

You can always go for a walk straight away after eating. Walk for 30 minutes at a slow pace, and then you can walk briskly, for a while longer. It will help with digestion. My family -parents, grandparents... would always go for 60 minute walk after big meals, and got home feeling much much better. We had big family meals…

Chalean Extreme has 30 minute workouts. It's not big impact, and it's progressive in the increase of weights. She also has a video at the very beginning that shows you how to perform the exercises in very good form -and not hurt yourself. P90X has 60 minute workouts. They are all the same workouts, without a progressive…

If you are not used to exercising, start by walking on the treadmill -briskly, increase the incline progressively. I'd use the eliptical too, it has much less impact on the joints and you involve the arms (keep them strong, not soft, and help with the move). Then you'll b e working arms and legs and get a higher calorie…

I'm 5'2" and weigh 109lb. I burn about 250kcal when putting quite a bit of myself on it. ^_^ The HRM will help you a lot, and let you know how much of an effort you're putting into it. I hope you're enjoying Turbo Fire!
