CONGRATULATIONS!! I gave away 7 year old clothes I had in my closet that I had barely worn in the past few years. If I do not have those clothes anymore, I make myself stick to where I am at. No excuses ^_^

I'm considering a skirt-garter belt too! I remember one at VS... it was very cute and classy. I'm ordering new stuff from VS, comfy and nice underwear for the summer. btw some of their stuff goes great for working-out -at home that is. ^_^

I take some supplements to complement what I eat. However, I find it hard to eat all the calories I burn. I'd be eating ALL day if I did that...

Well, if protein shakes are counted as supplement formula, then I cannot agree. what are supplement formulas?

I love the small size Pure Protein bars. They are very filling and I think that they taste good. Since I do not take any added sugars from anywhere else (I do not count fruits'), I don't mind the Pure Protein's.

Almond and soy milk are cheaper in my area. You can get half a gallon for 2.50bucks. I always go for almond milk, since the process to obtain it is not Chemical, as it is for the soymilk. I've heard good things about rice milk too, but it only comes in small packages and the same price as half a gallon. Beware the amount…

Nemilicious - I dressed as a school girl last Halloween. It was quite a success and lots of fun! I have kept it and will probably wear it again in the future. :)

the low rise2.5" volleyball shorts. They motivate me to stay this way and keep working out. The underwear I have also keeps me motivated ^_^

I went there once for breakfast, and had the egg and cheese breakfast sandwich, it was pretty big and filling. If you have that and a piece of fruit, should be enough for lunch?
-
I cannot go to 100 lb I'd be underweight... I'm 5'2" and I'm medium framed.

Hi! keep it up, almost nothing left! ^_^

I totally agree with deathtaco: Moderation.

Be careful about losing these 9 pounds back so quickly in that way. your body may react and you make gain them back again sooner than later, putting you in the same situation again... at least, that's what I think... You don't seem to need to lose much, you're already skinny

If you are starting to work out and are not in very good shape I would start with Turbo jam: good music, lots of cardio, and good mood. 15 to 45 minutes workouts. Chalean extreme: works on strength training. it starts slowly and they focus on posture, etc. 30 minutes workouts. When you have a normal-good fitness level:…

I buy Balsamic vinegar of Modena. It's somewhat sweet. I usually add some oregano and spices on top of that, and a bit of olive oil. The vinegar is very tasteful, and it has a small amount of sugar. Oregano and Italian herbs/seasoning are very healthy for your body too, and add flavor to veggies.

if you bring your own lunch to school, you can either have a cold meal: -one greek plain yougurt has lots of protein; add a protein bar or a piece of fruit since the yogurt is plain. Usually eat some nuts or/and cereal too. -lettuce with hummus rolls (spread some hummus on iceberg lettuce, then roll it up), a sliced apple…

Hi Also called "shirataki" noodles. They are all fiber, so one should not eat more than one portion, otherwise when they swell on your stomach they may end up filling you up to much. A friend of mine let me taste them. she had boiled them with some stevia or honey, and water and eats them as a snack. They have a gelatinous…

I do not have friends like that, I'm the "slim" one around the people I know. But I know that if someone complains to me that she has put on weight but does not exercise at all, goes out for a drink 5 times a week, and eats out often, well... I cannot say anything but when they call me, I'm just busy, and that I can not…

Eggs? Pasta with oregano, basil and olive oil as seasoning. Make a tomato sauce (make 3 or 4 cans), 3 onions, (add some frozen green beans or peas)and some garlic. You'll have pasta/rice sauce for many many days... Cook onions and garlic first, then add the cans of tomatoes. Add some sugar, no salt to remove the acidity of…

I am at 20.5% and I work out a lot. I know that if I eat all the calories I burn, it is extremely difficult to lose any weight. It's not that I have that much left to lose, I doN'T want to be thin, nor skinny.

totally agreed

I never eat at 4.30am in the morning. Sip some water during the cardio water and afterwards. I wait about 30 minutes before eating breakfast. Sometimes I have a protein shake with my breakfast also many times. For the evening workout, my last meal is about 2 hours before I do it. If I don't wait enough I can barely move at…

There's always lots of food in the office too... and it's never healthy stuff. I drink lots of herbal and green tea, and I have hardboiled eggs or nuts in my desk to avoid the sweet stuff as much as possible.

try to eat some of the calories back during the day. I would definitely NOT give up exercising. It boosts one's mood and makes you feel good about yourself. I do not eat all the calories I burn, I'd have to eat ALL day if I tried... ^_^

If you like almonds try Almond Milk. It's more natural and it is not chemically processed as soymilk is. Go for the plain, natural that already has 7gr of sugar, or the unsweetened one. I can taste the almonds so it's still a bit sweet. Vanilla flavored one has way too much sugar in it, you'll do better adding some fruit…

-non-fat (plain) Greek yogurt -spread hummus over iceberg lettuce and roll it up -hardboiled egg -any fruit: bananas are good for the stomach (not the green ones though) -avocado spread over whole grain bread -protein shakes? -slices of tomato with a teaspoon of olive oil on a whole grain slice of bread (or two) -mozarella…

I work out. Sometimes I work out even twice.

I love planks, abs, ... and if you go for a walk or go running, tense/tighten your muscles and core, so you are burning more and already toning your skin.
