Since I wear volleyball low-rise 2.5" shorts to work out, I wear victoria's secret PINK's boyshorts. If I wear long form fitting pants, sometimes I do not wear underwear, or PINK's boyshorts.

there are some salads buffets in Barcelona that are great. as for dressings, they usually have olive oil and vinegar and salt. Hi yes, sometimes the Turbo Fire 45 or Fire 60 aren't enough. I guess that I'm quite fit under the few extra-pounds I have, or I got used to so much cardio. Hi be ready to do LOTS of cardio! ^_^ I love Turbo Fire, and you'll see the people there kickin' *kitten*. Besides, I've gained endurance, and it feels great to become more agile. I like to combine Turbo Fire with P90X, since the later helps me with toning a bit more.

I agree up to a point. A 1200 kcal intake for a person who is 5'5" tall is different from someone who is 5'2" (like me). I do not need to eat as much, if I try to eat ALL the kcal I burn when exercising I feel over-stuffed. A person who is 6' and eats 1200 kcal... what then?

Agree with CoilsKinksCurls. You have to MAKE the time. I never thought I would someday get up at 4.30am in the morning to workout. People think I'm crazy for getting up at 5.30am to get ready and have a huge breakfast slowly. Now, getting up at 4.30 two or 3 times a week to work out gives me energy for the rest of the day.…

My body doesn't need me to eat the calories burned in exercise. Sometimes it's very hard to reach the minimum of 1200kcal per day!

Yesterday I cheated with cookies and grilled meat (beef and pork!) I am sure it was about 700 and 1000 kcal over daily limit, BUT today I'll catch up with exercise and eating mainly protein. I cannot do a just tea/juice day... or let's say, I don't want to do it :P

When I started toning videos a couple years ago, I did not do any weights at all on the first day. I learned the moves and positions first, and did them without weights. If you do those well, you will be sweating a lot. After 2 years, I'm starting with 7.5 lb weights...
