Agree! The body adapts. Have to change up workouts regularly. Keeps the stalls away.

You all are awesome! I'm in it for the long haul as well. I plan on being back at my healthy, happy weight by this time next year (or sooner)! I am 100% committed. Having other committed loggers along for the journey helps so much! Thank you mfp's!

I love the dance games for the kinect!! I have them all... even line dancing. Fun workoutl!! :-)

I love it. I have every dance game for the kinect (xbox 360). Not a fan of having to hold a controller so I got the kinect almost 2yrs ago.

I'm game if you log in everyday. I didn't have internet access for a couple months, but still made sure I logged 1x a day from my cell when I had service. I'm very dedicated to losing & getting healthy. I'm human so I'm far from perfect, but I'm perfectly happy being the best me I can be. :wink:

I'm inked (& not even close to being done with my ink) & I'm a pretty good girl... hence Inked Innocence :wink:
