Every calorie counts if you're trying to lose weight.... so log them!0

Yes. They don't add much in calories, but if you track your micronutrients, they do add quite a bit there, especially potassium and the vitamins.0

count me in the log everything crowd. i eat a ton of veggies. if you typically eat the same salad with the same veggies in it everyday then make it a meal and then it is easier to log. or you can click on quick add and add what you ate yesterday if it was the same or similar
i like to see my total amount of calories and see that i am getting in all my vitamins and minerals, etc.0 -
I try to log every bite I eat. Not only do I want to log veggies because of course, they do have calories... even the 1 calorie from the radish that comes with taco truck tacos... but I also want to see the nutrients I'm getting from them. Finally, since I joined MFP I have been making more of an effort to eat lots of veggies and fruits, so that way I can see how I did each day.0

I log everything, if I don't I feel like I'm cheating myself.
My veggies account for 200-300 calories per day, my numbers would be off if I didn't log them.0 -
