Skinny cow treats are good every once in awhile too. I was really craving ice cream the other day and bought one of the small cups they make. 150 cals each. Much better than a pint of Ben and Jerry's haha :)

A bag of hot tamales candy today, a cupcake yesterday, gummi worms the day before that... And I'm going to a bridal shower tomorrow which will be full of junk food. I can't wait to get back on track Monday.

Having a sweet now and then is normal, sure. Binging uncontrollably is a whole different issue though.

Binged on gummi worms, a donut, coffee cake and kinda want to die now. I was following a clean eating diet and fell off the wagon hard today :(

i'm 5'4" and looking to lose 10-15 lbs. not quite as much as the title of the post but i thought i would jump on board. right now i'm 121 and looking to get down to at least 110 but ultimately 105.
