Sounds yummy! I am lazy, so I just soften 2 oz cream cheese then mix in 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of cocoa and a couple drops of EZ Sweetz liquid spenda (could use packets, drops have zero carbs). It is delicious, if you like cream cheese! Tastes like a mousse. And it has only 2 carbs. :)
