I'm still pushing along :) Down to my last I believe 5 days of the shred!! I'm going to start the shred it with weights next. I'm so excited about the kettlebell!!

Hope everyone is doing great. Happy Friday!!!! Im still along with you guys :) Doing my shred. L2D5 tonight!!!, This Sunday and Monday are double workout days for me so I can be done with this level on Monday, Rest Tuesday and start Level 3 on Thursday!!!!

I bring my lunch. Usually leftovers from whatever I cooked the night before. I just take it in Tupperware. Sandwiches, salads, meat and veggies etc. I bring my own breakfast too.

OK so I haven't posted here in a few days but I am still chugging along with my shred. Level 2 Day 1 completed yesterday and Ill be doing day 2 today along with my additional cardio :) My 3 month weigh in is tomorrow and as of 12/30 I was 2 pounds away from meeting the 10 pound goal. :) Can't wait to see the measurements!!

My highest ever was 306. I restarted my journey Oct 2011 at 286.5. Currently at 257( as of last weigh in on 12/30/11) and a 3 month weigh in on Wednesday the 11th

Day 5 done!! I took a rest day yesterday :) Back to work tomorrow :( I enjoyed the loooong break.

WK4D1 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Killer!! im tired now. Its hard. That yoga move at the beginning I can't wait to be able to really do that. When I saw the plank jumps i was like I can't do that. But I did and I could and I'm proud of that :) I've come a long long long way.
