I like to take raspberries or hulled strawberries stuffed with cool whip, and freeze them. you can dunk them in grahm cgarker crumbs first too!.

I love the turtle!!! definitely try scuba it changed my life. Diving with sea turtles is awesome. I'm going to dive with Bull sharks in Mexico this November. Another one of my bucket list things I'll check off!

To keep the cals really low, I spray the Emeril Lagasse butter spray on the asparagus (no cals) and add garlic and lemon juice. bake 350 for 10-15 minutes, yummy

I disagree with you on this!! I first began following the MFP guidlines and followed them to the letter. Lost about 1lb a week. nice not too bad. I started to do some cardio about 4x a week and than added a little strength in there 2x a week. Upped my calories and now I'm consistently losing 2 1/2 lbs a week. So diet alone…
