How long since your surgery? I lost 60lbs in 4 months and had quite a turkey neck myself. But in another month or so may weight loss kind of slowed down a bit and my fat redistributed thru out my body, and my neck isn't bad at all.

Wearing heels again and walking 4miles a day. who would have thought!

3 months post sleeve all I can manage is 600 - 750. Nutritionist's guidelines are 60% protein, 20% carbs 20%fat working well down 43 since surgery.

Thanks Sunshine, I feel better knowing I'm not alone. Although I'm my condolences on your dilemma. Murphyraven, I consume on average 50-60 grams of protein a day and drink 64ozs of water each and every day. Maybe it's the raid change in diet or perhaps the increase in calcium thru green veggies and supplements.

First week was a little hard but by the second week you're doing ok and you're losing weight so that's cool. I'm 2 weeks post sleeve and between the pre op diet and surgery I'm down 25lbs. So definitely do the pre op diet.:)
-
This month will be life changing for me. Surgery on the 10, and by months end I will be healing and on my way to a new way of eating for the rest of my life.

Simply put: You can never be over dressed or over educated. Dress conservatively for business/finance abd you'll never go wrong. First impressions are very important in the business world.

I eat 1/2 of a lg potato at least 3x a week. I switch up my carbs, Although I only season them with a little salt and pepper. They're delish and filling. And it hasn't hurt my numbers. I'm with the spud eaters:)
