Im doing the whole post, uploading and all, on my phone so hopefully this works.
So in January I started a weight loss challenge with my coworkers and since then I have list 21% of myself. Still have a long way to go and need to add strength training. Build some lean muscle.

Same here! How did you do that?! I have roughly 3 months to lose close to that amount before boot camp. Any suggestions, tips, etc would be awesome!0 -

Hmmmm, that was weird. Let's see, thats a deficit of about 3000 calories a day! Eating nothing and extreme cardio for 8-10 hours a day??!!

You just need to make the IMG in your tags lowercase.
I can really see a ton of difference in your midsection / booty / tummy Plus I also noticed your neck / chin has lost a lot too! Looking fabulous! Isn't it wonderful to see your results like that? It's always been such a great motivational tool for me. Keep it up!0
