much better number. Your weight will fluctuate up and down from day to day. Don't stress and try weighing yourself once a week rather than everyday. You'll be less stressed. Although I do weigh everyday, I only record once a week b/c I can't help myself. lol

I do sparkling water as well. I tend to do lime or lemon flavors to stop the boring water flavor. Also, if you do sparkling water its a good idea to check the label for artificial sweetners and sodium. My favorite brands are Perrier (expensive :neutral_face: ) and Arrowhead. Good luck finding what works for you!

I have gone on vegetarian diets before and then not paced myself back into eating meat giving me some real discomfort. It's not that you can't eat meat anymore you just need to start off with smaller portions. I usually start with adding in chicken and turkey before getting into the red meats. That's been my experience.

I know it can be hard to stay on a diet. Sometimes life can take over, i.e. going out or dinner parties ect. But looking at your diary there a few things that jump out to me. I'd say try one piece of toast with peanut butter for some protein. yes it has fat too but I find it to be a better choice than your bacon choice,…
