I read this twice, and I'm sorry but I just don't get what you are trying to say. "I can eat healthy or if I eat "bad" I really can keep under my calories for the day but my issue Is when im at work I can have my 3 meals for the day or 2 and my 3rd meal at work But if im at work I get like obsessively hungry like im…

losing 15lbs in 3 weeks just isn't going to be possible. you might lose a bit more the first week because of water weight but unless you are overly obese it's just not doable and even then i'm not so sure. Just keep it up and the weight will come off

She already said she wasn't weighing out her portions of food, and she really wasn't eating back her calories at all if you look at her diary

I just googled and and looked at some reviews http://www.amazon.com/Nutrigold-Garcinia-Cambogia-Clinically-proven-SuperCitrimax/product-reviews/B004PTI1CQ/ref=dp_top_cm_cr_acr_txt?ie=UTF8&showViewpoints=1 There are just as many one star reviews as there are 5 stars lol. I didn't realize until I googled it that it was a…

I was under the impression that you are supposed to gain 1 pound a week or so during your 2nd trimester and to up your calories 200 or so. I'm 183lbs with just weight fluctuations from day to day but I have not gained at eating a 100 calories under maintenance, according to MFP, which is about 1850. I do exercise as well.…

I feel like I've been waiting forever for my first appointment tomorrow. I'm still surprised they couldn't get me in sooner being I'm high risk (I'm 9 weeks this weekend). I called the other day to see exactly what was going to go on during my first appointment and she just basically said the Dr. has 20 minutes blocked out…

That was really cool! Thanks for posting this =)

I'm no expert but I'm sure the er doctor wouldn't be far off. But I didn't think you would be showing all at 7 weeks and I was under the impression being that I weigh 180 that I won't show as quick as someone who is 120..I'm 9 weeks btw and everything fits fine. Let's us know what your Ob thinks. Gl!

This is the exact day of my first day of my last period as well (if you got that lol). I'm pretty sure I got pregnant March 15th or 16th give or take, which would have to mean that I ovulated super late.. I took a pregnancy test on the 2rd of April which it was positive. Now in Dec of this past year I had basically had an…

This thread has gotten ridiculous. I feel bad for the OP, while I'm sure half of you are just trying to be helpful some are just down right being rude. Did some of you suddenly forget where you started and how many things you tried to just lose the weight? like I do agree she could eat more, not worry about food combining…

Oh you and you shouldn't be ever eating that low.. ever! lol you could probably lose the same amount of weight healthier at 1400-1500 calories
-
The amount of recommended protein is super low don't worry about going over it.. Are you eating a lot of fruit or something? What about your shakes do they have sugar in them?
-
You did not eat enough to gain fat but what you did do was increase your exercise so you probably retained water. It will go away in a a few days. BUT...MFP is designed to work with you eating your exercise calories back or at least most unless you have a HRM to know exactly what you are burning..You are creating too large…

You just changed your work out routine so you body is holding on to water (your muscles), In a few days that will be gone. Make sure you are eating more being you upped your workout. Unless you ate 15,000+ calories you didn't really gain 5lbs =) Keep truckin' along =)

My husband and I are starting the workouts tomorrow. Super excited!

Why keep making the same posts? You had great suggestions the last time you posted your pictures and apparently you do not want to do them. I think you don't like what they had to say so you are trying to find someone's response that you would like..like maybe eat less?
-
This girl, in other posts, states that she's 17 so she shouldn't be on the site anyways...but she's 5'3 at 120'ish so obvioulay she has some body image issues so stop wasting your time, she's not going to listen.

Unless you use a heart rate monitor while working out how are you coming up with the 500-800 number? Most likely you burn on average anywhere from 1700 -2300 calories a day.. Broad range but I have no idea your weight, age whatever, then on top of that you are burning calories from exercise...so there is your deficit..
-
MFP is set up to work with you eating your exercise calories back. It's better to exercise and eat more then to not and eat less..Why would you want to eat less lol? I do recommend buying a heart rate monitor so you really know what you are burning, MFP will not be accurate like your own body will =) Also, please don't…

Eating anything after 6 at night isn't going to cause you to not to lose weight just an FYI, I'd be starving if I didn't lol. Make sure you are measuring all your foods and drinking plenty of water.. I also suggest you eat your exercise calories back, MFP is intended to work that way. If you don't have much to lose you…
-
So if I understand you right you are eating 500-800 calories a day? Then you are working out on top of it? First of all why are you eating so little? I mean MFP, which gives too low of a caloric number, why would you be eating 500-800 calories?.. Are you on a restricted diet because of your DR? Secondly, you are not in a…

your diary isn't open...

Muscle does not weigh more then fat it just takes up less space..If you build bigger muscles you then will notice the scale move a bit. but to do that you need to eat at a surplus.
-
You don't need cardio you need muscles! You do not have to go to a gym for it but Google "using body weight for exercise", or this book is 9 bucks http://www.amazon.com/You-Are-Your-Own-Gym/dp/0345528581

You cannot "build" muscle while eating at a calorie deficit. And cardo does not build muscle. But you can by weight lifting keep your body from losing muscle while losing weight =)
-
Muscle does not weigh more then fat, it just takes up less space. That being said you are not in starvation mode but MFP is designed to work with you eating your exercise calories back. And if you are within 200 calories most days of your goal then some days you are eating around 1400 on top of working about your are…
