Doing the 30 Day Shred on level 1. I started it yesterday d/t my work schedule and I found out that I don't hurt as bad today like I did a week ago when I did it for one day and could barely walk the next. I also bought myself an Elliptical and I think that is helping with the leg discomfort. I am so pumped!!

Thank you. I will look to see where I can find one of those stores.

Usually if I have to work I eat my big meal around 3pm (I start work at 7p) then I will have a snack around 2300. I drink a meal replacement shake around 0100-0200 and then try not to eat anything else. I drink a lot of water at work so that helps. On my days off i still don't eat my first meal until around 1300 and that…

so what is a good bra to wear and where is the best place to buy one? I can never seem to find one that fits properly. I am wearing a 40D and that's not a sports bra. I bought some sports bras but they seem so tight and push my breast together, but are comfortable. Any suggestions?

Yes thank you. I would have never thought of the possibility of this happening to me and I am a LPN. You'd think I would know this. ( I work with geriatrics in long term care ) so that's probably why I never thought about this. I will keep this in mind while I am losing weight.

I have the same problem. I am so tired by the time I come home from work and then when I get up I have to be to work in a few hours but have so much at home to get done before work. I have no equipment at home to use (wish i did), so I pretty much walk for my exercise. If anyone has suggestions as to how to incorporate…

That's wonderful! Keep up the good work!

I can't seem to get up early in the morning. I don't have to deal with the "Big Wigs"and the pay is a little better. Sometimes I wish I could do a day job for health reasons, but right now this is what I do and have been for over 10 yrs now. I noticed it is harder to lose weight though.
