Oh yes! I can relate! And my nerves have been just horrible lately. Some days I wonder if I am bipolar the way my moods swings are. :frown:

I do eat my share of grapes, but that's about it

Oh I can definable relate! I also work in LTC 3 12hr shifts a week. 7p-7a and work with 2 CNA's from 10pm on. I too have a hard time with my eating at night. I try to bring low cal foods with me to work and half the time I don't get my supper until after midnight, so yes it has been a struggle especially now that the…

HI! I'm from NW Iowa and work 3 12hr shifts a week 7p-7a and try to p/u extra shifts when I can. It does make it harder to lose weight working overnights, so I really have to watch what I eat after midnight, and I walk as much as I can on my nights off but sometimes I am just to tired to do anything when I have a night off.

Yes! I have been in a "slump" myself. I've been trying to lose 4 lbs since the end of July and my weight just keeps bouncing from 129 to 131. I haven't exercised or walked like I was before. I just can't seem to pull myself out of it. I still log what I eat and when I do exercise though. I need to tone up badly but just…

I started around February 2012 and I weighed 156Lbs. I now weigh 130Lbs. I reached my first goal in July and now I am trying to lose another 5lbs by November, my 50th birthday. I am kind of in a rut right now, but I haven't had the time to walk like I usually do. I try to walk every day. I did start out using my…

I sure did! Even when I was with my kids, I worried that I embarrassed them. That was part of my motivation. None of them have ever said anything, but of course they wouldn't, but it was how I felt. I saw my son the other day, first time since Christmas and he told me how good I looked and he even said he was sorry because…

Its been hard for me, but lately I am trying to accept them. I have lost weight and that has helped my self esteem. My husband finally complimented me on my looks just the other day and that made me feel proud. Before I lost this weight, I hated when he said I looked good because I knew I didn't and I was wondering "what…

11 days no smoking  Quit cold turkey this time after trying 7 other times to quit with aides.. Still deal with cravings but getting easier
-
I smoked my last cigarette about 1 hr ago! I pray I don't gain the weight back that I lost. That just might drive me back to smoking.

Sounds just like my husband! he even said to me the other day..."your just going to leave me anyways" when I asked him if it made him happy that i was trying to get into shape and if he has noticed any differences. He is insecure and depending on what has happened between you and your spouse, in the past, he may feel that…

I usually add the recipe under the Recipe choice and add each ingredient one by one either by scanning it or looking it up on MFP. just follow the label on the item you are adding. Then when i add it to my daily meal intake it shows the total cals. I have had to add items separate before also. Hope this helps.

Good for you! Your doing great! Keep up the good work

I would have done the same thing but probably not in as nice of a way that you did! I would have returned his wave in similar!
