My resting heart rate is around 65bpm. I use my heart rate monitor, best thing I have bought. I love seeing my heart rate when exercising, although sometimes it beeps at me cause I hit 200 bpm when sprinting up hill haha

Thats what I was getting at, you can eat not so healthy foods, but if every meal is rubbish, you wouldn't get very far. At first, just being in a calorie deficit is enough. But personally, now i'm 6- 10lbs from my goal, it doesn't work like that anymore. You will get it! I struggled a lot with week 5, and kept repeating until I could do it. I run in the countryside, so although there were lots of steep hills etc making it worse, the fact you are actually getting somewhere helps.

Most teens+ do though, don't they? I always have paid ALOT (and my food etc on top as I do my own shops, cooking etc and then other personal bills like car,phone, etc) . I still wouldn't charge either parent, unless they also had a stable job though as they covered me when I didn't have a job.

I wouldn't no, unless she was being a pain in the butt :P ( I joke) She let me live in her home rent free when I had no job, so if she has no job, she also does not have to pay me rent in my home. Fairs fair.

I live in London, I would suggest waking up earlier to go when it is cooler. Though i'm going tonight at 5/6 tonight when its still meant to be 27/28c. Meh. atleast there is a bit of water for my dog to jump in every so often!

I have lost 28lbs and gone from a tight uk12 to a loose uk12 in Jeans. But in dresses and tops etc I'm between a UK 8 and 10. from being a 12. :|

Yes! As long as you both know its just friends then it always seems to work out for me. The odd occasion you get a guy that just doesn't get 'just friends'.

Fruit is good for you. Don't worry so much about the sugar content just don't overdo it. Try to have more veg than fruit in general though.

Of course its not too old, do they offer adult swimming lessons? Quite a few places do so you could always try somewhere else near by for some lessons? I couldn't swim til I was 8, I then became very good and had comps. When I stopped swimming properly I have gradually got worse and now I am an awful swimmer!

Every time I eat too little I lose first week or two, then gain. The odd low day here an there doesn't matter. Try upping them to about a little more every week and see if the weight starts moving. Good luck :-)

No need for it to be one for women. Though as it happens the one I have now is great and is actually targeted at women; MyProtein MAX Elle True Diet. I have had others, but this one tastes the nicest. I have it with unsweetened almond milk, It makes a lovely shake to help get my protein up :-)

60g of protein is still quite low, I would definitely try to at least hit that goal. I tend to have between 90 and 130g of protein per day.
